چکیده

This article presents the results of studying temperature distribution in process thermo-frictional cutting titanium alloy Ti-5553. The was simulated using Machining module DEFORM 3D software package based on finite element method. It found that when off Ti-5553, depending geometry circular saw, "disk-workpiece" contact zone reached T = 800 ÷ 1130 °C, and its propagation into depth workpiece 0.66 0.96 mm. optimal a saw for Ti-5553: L1 18 mm, L2 14 v 2 research carried out within framework grant № AP09562459.
